Frequently Asked Questions
GENERAL INFO
What is Lagree?
Lagree is a low-impact, high-intensity full-body workout performed on a machine called the Megaformer. It focuses on slow, controlled movements that build strength, endurance, stability and mobility at the same time. The method combines strength training, core work and cardio into one efficient session that is challenging, effective and joint-friendly.
Lagree is designed to strengthen muscles without high impact on the joints, making it both powerful and sustainable for the body.
We promise you will love it!
Is this the same as Reformer Pilates?
Not exactly. While they may look similar, Lagree is a different workout. It’s done on a Megaformer and focuses on slow, controlled movements with constant tension, combining strength, core, endurance and balance in one session.
Reformer Pilates tends to be more focused quicker movements and mobility, with more pauses between exercises.
Lagree is more intense and continuous, while still being low-impact and joint-friendly.
Who can join?
Lagree is for everyone regardless of fitness level or training background unless you are over the age of 18.
Whether you’re completely new to training, coming from strength training, running, or just looking for a new way to move, our classes are designed to meet you where you are.
Our instructors offer options, progressions and guidance so you can work at your own level while still being challenged.
