Hi there! I’m Miriana, one of the co-founders of Some Good Moves. I’m originally from Hamburg, Germany and have been teaching Lagree since 2022.
When I’m not shaking on the Megaformer, you’ll most likely find me outdoors, running or on my bike. What I love most about Lagree is how it builds both strength and confidence, every class is a chance to push your limits and surprise yourself with what you can do.
My favorite part? Challenging each client in their own way and seeing those determined faces turn into proud smiles after the final countdown. Can’t wait to shake things up together!

Hi guys, I’m Emily. I’m originally from Zurich, Switzerland. I grew up playing soccer and tennis, but the only movement practice that has truly stuck with me is Lagree, something I’ve been passionate about for over seven years. With a background in law, fitness wasn’t what I originally planned, but it’s become my focus and now we are here with our very own Lagree studio.
What I love most about teaching Lagree is creating workouts that are tough, rewarding, and tailored to you. I’m all about pushing limits, but making sure everyone in the room feels seen, plus, I’m a sucker for high-energy house beats that keep the vibe up and the motivation real.
I cannot wait to meet you all at the studio and move together! Let’s make those 50 minutes truly yours.

Hey, I’m Teresa! I have been a Lagree lover since I discovered the method in Stockholm in 2022. What started as “just another workout” quickly became my favorite way to move, sweat, and feel the burn (in the best way possible). Now, as a trainer, I’m here to bring the shake, the sweat, and positive energy to your day. I believe fitness should be challenging but fun, empowering, and something you actually look forward to. Whether you're brand new or a Lagree veteran, I’ll help you push past your comfort zone with a smile (and maybe a few spicy holds).

Hi, my name is Claudia. I am originally from Germany and I have been working in the fitness industry for over 4 years, helping people to feel good in their bodies.
With certifications in Lagree, Pilates, Yoga, Reformer, and as a CHEK Practitioner, I bring a deep understanding of movement into every class.
My classes are tough but rewarding - expect slow and controlled movements, a strong focus on alignment and a whole lot of sweat. But no worries, I will bring good vibes and playlists with electronic beats and a touch of pop that keeps you going. Expect to sweat, move mindfully, and feel great in your body.

Hi, I’m Katarina! I fell in love with low-impact movement, from Pilates and reformer to barre and Lagree, during my years living and studying in London, where I discovered the incredible power of slow, controlled movement.
Now based in Vesterbro, I bring that same focus, precision, and energy into every class I teach. My sessions are a balanced mix of strength, focus, and flow, designed to challenge your body while helping you feel grounded and connected.
Outside the studio, I work in strategy and love spending my free time with friends and family, exploring the city, or enjoying a long breakfast out. For me, movement is all about balance, building strength while finding moments of calm, and I can’t wait to share that with you in class.

Hi, I’m Tina, a 43-year-old certified personal trainer and group instructor originally from Denmark, and a proud mom of two. Fitness has always been a huge part of my life, and I love helping others discover the same strength, balance, and confidence that movement brings me.
In my Lagree classes, I focus on creating challenging, motivating workouts that make you sweat, push your limits, and leave you feeling empowered and proud of what your body can do. I want my classes to be something you genuinely look forward to, not just for the workout but for the energy, the atmosphere, and the community we build together. Let’s move, grow, and get stronger together!

Hey there! I’m Emily, originally from sunny California, and I moved to Copenhagen two years ago, bringing my love for movement with me. I’ve been hooked on Reformer Pilates and Lagree since 2015, and I’m so excited to now be coaching and helping others feel strong, confident, and just the right amount of sweaty!
For me, Lagree is about finding that balance between strength and grace, pushing your limits while having fun along the way. I love creating classes that challenge both the body and the mind, leaving you feeling empowered and energized.
When I’m not in the studio, you’ll usually find me in my favorite role: being “mom.” It’s definitely my toughest (and most rewarding!) workout yet. I can’t wait to see you in class and share the Lagree love with you!

Hi there, I'm Tanya and I moved to Copenhagen early 2025 all the way from Mexico.
Movement has always been my therapy, it’s where I find connection, strength, and balance.
